Radiate is a breakthrough programme that empowers educators to create inclusive, supportive and responsive learning environments. The Radiate programme is designed to meet the needs of all learners with additional needs and neurodiversity, fostering equitable opportunities for all learners to thrive.
The programme equips education leaders, SENCOs, Learning Support Coordinators, classroom teachers, and educators with comprehensive knowledge, skills, practical techniques and strategies necessary to:
confidently address challenging behaviour
adapt any curriculum to reach diverse learners
implement trauma-informed approaches
integrate therapy support
create a workable and positive physical learning environment within education spaces
provide a sustainable and motivating educational experience for all learners

Radiate is designed to be engaging and motivating, offering participants the opportunity to work with a range of specialists, including occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other experts.
Participants will also have the chance to observe how the strategies and information shared are implemented in practice within some of our classrooms.
